Peak Fitness Program

Overview: Peak Fit is a program intended to empower busy Moms and women to get back in to great shape without setting foot in a gym. Through time efficient, full body workouts and crunchless core training, moms are given all the tools to achieve Peak Fitness in 15-20 minutes per day.


How it works:
• Based upon a thorough fitness evaluation, we create a program which can be performed at home in 10-20 minutes per day
• Performed easily in a small space, this workout requires minimal to no equipment and combines cardiovascular and strength training together
• To maintain accountability, you will conference with your trainer each Saturday via Skype or phone for a special workout and weekly evaluation.

Program Features:
• Weekly fitness plan with easy to understand exercise videos and pictures accessible from your computer or phone
• Crunchless Core Training program to improve posture, flatten the stomach and tone hard to hit areas of the body
• Full nutrition plan
• Weekly personal training session or group fitness classes for weekly accountability
