Model Fitness Program

Overview: Model Fit is a fitness program for actors, models and individuals of all kinds to achieve photoshoot ready shape in minimal time. Fatloss and muscle tone are achieved through exercises and conditioning techniques intended to build a body which is not only lean and toned, but also able to run faster, jump higher and perform better on a daily basis.

 How it works:
• Based upon a thorough fitness evaluation, we create a workout program which combines cardiovascular and strength training in to a daily 20-30 minutes workout
• You can access your workout either through daily videos which can be viewed via your phone and/or computer or a printable workout guide with illustrated pictures and exercises
• To maintain accountability, you will conference with your trainer each Saturday via Skype or phone for a special workout and weekly evaluation.

• Weekly fitness plan with easy to understand exercise videos and pictures accessible from your computer or phone
• Crunchless Core Training program to improve posture, flatten the stomach and tone hard to hit areas of the body
• Full nutrition plan
• Four Saturday conferences for accountability and progress
